Catering to lifestyle couples and sexually mature adults our guest list is made up primarily of HWP, attractive, fashionable, sexually confident, couples and single ladies typically aged 25 to 55.

We host a variety of different types of events held at local clubs, private venues, upscale private homes and hotels. Most of our events have a theme to help you get in the mood, each unique and creative theme event allows you to mix and mingle with the sexiest couples in the northeast.
Our no pressure environment is perfect for newcomers as well as those who have been in the lifestyle for years.
All guests will be required to sign an waiver and provide contact information at arrival.

AN UPDATE ON VERMONT EVENTS
We know everyone loves and misses our Vermont events and we have been working with the owner to host another event there! We are excited to announce our return to this venue April & November 2024!
LETS TALK POST-PANDEMIC NEW NORMAL
Even though things seemingly have returned to "normal" many venues are still very apprehensive of "close contact" events.
Most venues are also still dealing with staff shortages, increased costs and a backlog of events created by the pandemic making available dates a premium.
We are seeing a steep incline in hotel room and venue pricing.
Please understand we may need to adjust some items that we have offered at previous events so that we and our venue and hotel partners can return to hosting our events.
